One Big Happy Family

This wonderful family is able to get together as one BIG family about once a year and they wanted to take this opportunity to capture all their smiles and love. Grandma and Grandpa have been married for 46 years and have 5 children and each of them have three of their own which makes for a whopping grand total of 27! And because of the heat there wasn't one person who wasn't sweating by the time we were finished but they hung in knowing that a jump in Papa's and Grandma's pool was just a few minutes away. The bonus of the night came when we returned to their house and Great Grandma and Great Grandpa joined us for a few more shots. 4 generations under one roof-Amazing.

BUMP Ahead.

While back at my mom and dad's I had the honor of documenting my brother and his wife's pending arrival. Baby Madison Eve is due in exactly one month from today and I can hardly wait to meet her! I'll be honest, I don't feel that it is weird or crazy that I have a kid, two for that matter but for my brother to becoming a dad, that is weird. Weird good but still weird and frankly it kind of makes me feel old. How did he become so grown up and responsible? He managed to find himself an amazing wife and here they are getting ready to have a little amazing family. Congrats guys, can't wait to hold Madison in my arms--and take thousands of pictures of her!

Miss Sophie-18 Months

This little girl really doesn't need any introduction since I have had the honor of capturing her at a number of milestones-9 months, 12 months and now 18 months. Plus she also happens to be Logan's  'girl'friend--did I just marry him off?! Anyways, we took out Sunday evening to SMPark and we had ourselves a ball. Little Miss Sophie loves Twinkle, Twinkle and Itsy Bitsy Spider and knows most of the hand motions so any time we wanted her to smile, we started singing and she started dancing. I love sitting back and being able to capture these moments.

Miss Kendall

This morning I got my hands on the ever adorable Little Miss Kendall. She is so sweetly precious and its no surprise that she already has her Daddy wrapped around her ever so tiny fingers. Big Brother Jackson was a little shy at first and really didn't want to be in front of the camera but after singing a few rounds of Mickey Mouse's Hot Dog song he started to warm up a little bit and started showing his love for his sister. He will be such a great Big Brother! Congrats Jeff and Kristy, you guys have an amazingly, adorable little family and I am so honored to have captured this special time for you.

Mr. Nolan-Six Months

Nolan was my first little guy of the new year and he was just 5 days new. Fast forward 6 months later and here he is again. Still as cute as can be and still such a happy little guy in front of the camera. A complete joy to shoot. He was so close to sitting up on his own so with his Mommy standing close by and a little angling here and there, we managed to capture a few of him trying. We also sneaked a few family pictures and tried our hardest to get a few of just the two kiddos together. It was so great getting to spend the evening with you Nolan, can't believe you are already six months old.

The Eastland Family

It has been one busy photo shoot weekend and luckily I was able to end it on a very happy note with the Eastland Family. We had the whole family out tonight and from the very beginning I knew we were in for some great fun. You see, there were three kiddos and these three kiddos were the happiest, most talkative kids I have ran into in a long time. They warmed right up and loved being in front of the camera.
